There are many opportunities to serve at Cornerstone. We want you to find the one that best suits your passion, personality, and availability. Volunteer Opportunities
Hospitality
- Baptism Team: Be a part of baptism celebrations by helping with the baptism process on Baptism Sundays. Serve once/quarter.
- Cornerstone Café: Help create an inviting space for church family and guests by serving smiles and coffee. Serve one Sunday per month.
- VIP Team: Help Cornerstone guests and church family feel welcome. Serve one Sunday per month.
- Auditorium Host: Welcome attendees into the adult service, distribute handouts, and assist with seating. Serve one Sunday per month.
- Parking Team: Help create a great first impression by helping with parking and transporting individuals from parking lots to the building via golf carts. Serve one Sunday per month.
- Connect Group Leader/Host: Help others get connected at Cornerstone through Bible studies and fellowship. Connect Groups meet at various times and locations.
Adult Service
- Multi-Media and Sound: Help coordinate media elements of the adult service. Training is provided. Serve one Sunday per month.
- Music: Use your vocal and instrument talents to help others engage in worship. Audition required.
Cornerstone Kids/Youth
- Early Childhood Teachers/Helpers (Infants - Kindgarten): Help children learn about God in a safe, loving environment. Serve one Sunday per month.
- Elementary Children Teachers/Small Group Leaders (1st - 5th Grade): Provide a safe, loving environment for children to develop relationships and learn about God.
- Younger Louder Middle School (6th - 8th Grade): Develop relationships with students and help with special activities, media, groups, etc. Serve one Sunday and/or Wednesday service per month.
- Younger Louder High School (9th - 12th Grade): Develop relationships with students and help with special activities, media, groups, etc. Serve one Wednesday service per month.
Creative Department
- Film Crew: Capture video/photo content for use in Cornerstone media projects. Training and equipment provided.
- Social Media: Share and promote Cornerstone content to reach more people. *Volunteers can serve from any location.
- Online Chat Host: Welcome and connect with online attendees and facilitate discussion for church online services. *Volunteers can serve from any location. Serve one service per month.
- Creative Team: Use your skills/talents (photography, construction, paint, draw, sew, graphic design, etc.) to help with special projects.
